This notice describes the intended handling of enquiries made through the published telephone number and email address. It should be updated when online forms, analytics, payment services, client portals or additional processors are introduced.

Information we may receive

Sharing and service providers

Information is not presented as a public reference or testimonial without permission. Where an external measurement, courier, insurer, adviser or technology provider is needed, only relevant information should be shared for the agreed purpose, subject to the applicable arrangement and legal requirements.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only for the case, legal, accounting, verification and dispute-handling periods that apply. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so avoid sending unnecessary identity documents, payment-card details or third-party confidential material by ordinary email.

Subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs, you may ask about personal information held in connection with your enquiry and request correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Website technology

This public site does not currently offer an account login or an online enquiry form. Hosting infrastructure may still process standard technical information such as IP address, request time, browser data and security logs. Any future analytics or non-essential cookies should be disclosed here before use.
