Laboratory consultations in Hong Kong are available by prior appointment. No public travelling or overseas collection dates are currently announced.

Current service notice

Visits: appointment only; walk-in acceptance is not available.
Shipments: accepted only after written case confirmation and packing instructions.
Remote preliminary review: available from clear photographs and object information.

This page does not authorise a courier delivery. Every object must have a case reference before dispatch.

How updates are verified

Official notices will identify the affected dates, location and contact route. Hong Kong Jiade does not ask clients to redirect objects or payments through an unlisted social-media account.
